Job Description
On-site at Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi. Mon–Fri, 7 PM–4 AM PST. Seeking an experienced Operations Lead to drive US healthcare operations to meet TATs, ensure 98%+ accuracy and 90%+ client satisfaction.
- Responsibilities: optimize workflows, coordinate clinic operations, manage staffing, oversee insurance and patient onboarding, and deliver regular performance reports.
