Job Description

Zolara Global Tech (Private) Limited is on the lookout for experienced and driven Cold Calling Agents to engage in outbound sales campaigns aimed at the US and Canadian markets. In this results-oriented position, you will initiate calls, connect with prospects, and qualify leads over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers
• Effectively pitch products and manage objections
• Generate interest and qualify potential leads
• Maintain comprehensive logs in our CRM system
• Meet daily and weekly performance targets

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of cold calling experience
• Exceptional verbal communication skills in English
• Resilience to handle rejections
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
