Job Description
Ziyan Textiles, a leader in the hand-knotted carpet industry, is looking for a proactive and skilled Textile Operations Manager. This position will oversee our production process, manage vendor relationships, and resolve labor challenges to ensure seamless daily operations and high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the production process, communicate with suppliers, address labor issues, coordinate teams for quality assurance, monitor inventory, and ensure compliance with international standards.
Requirements: Experience in the carpet industry, understanding of production processes, strong communication skills, and leadership experience.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs100,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month | Location: In person
