Job Description
ZEREFLAB is looking for a committed HR Executive to facilitate the design and execution of HR initiatives and systems. In this pivotal role, you will provide guidance on company policies, oversee the recruitment process, develop effective onboarding programs, and support performance management activities.
Your duties will encompass maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and managing disciplinary matters. The ideal candidate should possess 2 to 3 years of HR experience, have a solid grasp of labor regulations, and exhibit outstanding organizational and communication skills.
This is a full-time remote position, offering a competitive salary starting at Rs50,00.00 per month.
