Job Description
The Company:
Zarea is Pakistan’s largest and fastest-growing digital marketplace for physical commodities. We are expanding into the Middle East market and seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Establish client retention goals and promote product value through exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop customer success plans, address complaints, and supervise the CSR team.
- Identify upsell opportunities and prepare daily management reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, 8-10 years of experience.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Salary: Rs150,00 – Rs200,00 per month + Company Lunch.
