Job Description

We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Urdu Language Intern at ya-tech. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Answering calls professionally
• Responding to customer inquiries
• Handling and resolving customer complaints
• Providing product and service information
• Processing orders and applications
• Escalating priority issues
• Coordinating with departments for follow-ups
• Generating leads and reporting to the manager
• Performing other tasks as assigned

Pay: Rs25,00.00 – Rs28,00.00/month. Remuneration includes leaves after one year of service.
