Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee updates for the website and mobile applications.
- Diagnose and resolve web and app-related issues.
- Maintain IT equipment across all locations.
- Monitor CCTV systems and internet connectivity.
- Provide technical assistance to staff members.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in IT support.
- Exceptional troubleshooting capabilities.
- Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS), Point of Sale (POS), and networking.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
Location: I-8, Islamabad
Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday – Saturday)
Salary: Rs25,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month
