Job Description
We are seeking a Manager, Programmatic Advertising to lead our programmatic strategy and oversee demand-side platforms (DSPs). You will drive campaign planning and execution, manage budgets, enforce brand safety and targeting precision, and optimize cross-channel performance to maximize ROI and scale results. The role requires close coordination with sales, creative, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive strategy and clear reporting.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years in programmatic advertising with hands-on experience on DSPs such as Google DV360 or The Trade Desk; strong analytical skills and ad-tech knowledge; demonstrated ability to interpret performance data and apply optimizations; experience mentoring a small team.
