Job Description
WOWJI Private Limited is currently seeking a proactive HR Executive to oversee daily HR operations at our headquarters and liaise with site teams. Key responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, payroll processing, HR documentation, and fostering employee engagement.
The ideal candidate should possess a BBA/MBA in Human Resources or a related discipline, along with 2–3 years of experience in a generalist HR role. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and HR information systems (HRIS) is essential. Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu are required to facilitate effective interaction across teams.
