Job Description
Weldon Paints Pvt. Limited seeks a full-time, in-person Factory Supervisor for our Bund Road, Lahore plant. Salary: Rs30,00–35,00/month. The Supervisor will oversee raw material receipt and dispatch, production planning to meet demand, purchasing, ordering and forecasting, and labor matters including salaries and advances.
- Manage maintenance and development of new machinery; handle scrap processing and sales
- Coordinate between laboratory, accounts, and stores; ensure safety of raw and empty materials
- Approve lab tests with purchasers; supervise loading/unloading, filling of finished goods
- Maintain accurate supply chain and dispatch documentation
