Job Description
We are seeking a Shift Engineer to oversee plant operations, monitor equipment condition, and maintain safety and production standards throughout assigned shifts.
- Operate, inspect, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
- Maintain accurate shift logs and report abnormalities
- Coordinate with maintenance and control-room teams
- Enforce safety protocols and perform routine inspections
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in engineering, at least 2 years of industrial experience, strong problem-solving skills, ability to work rotating day/night shifts; relevant certifications preferred. Competitive pay and benefits provided.
