Job Description
Vivo Pakistan is currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of Call Centre Officer. We have three positions available at our Head Office in Gulberg II, Lahore.
This is a Full-Time, On-site position with morning shift hours.
The ideal candidates should have:
- Strong communication skills
- Expertise in customer service
- A bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of one year experience in a call center environment
Experience in live chat operations and handling hotline calls is advantageous. Candidates must have flexibility to work on weekends.
Office Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM | Weekly Off: Rotational
Salary: Starting at Rs50,00.00 per month
