Job Description
Virikson Travel is seeking a candidate with strong communication skills and fluency in spoken English for our USA and UK based projects. Candidates must have prior packaging experience.
Key responsibilities include managing incoming calls, chats, and emails, generating sales inquiries, and ensuring proper handling of all customer inquiries under the supervision of the sales and project managers.
This full-time position offers job hours from 8 PM to 5 AM, with weekends off. Salary ranges from Rs60,00.00 to Rs110,00.00 per month, exclusive of sales commissions.
