Job Description
Virikson Travel is looking for a motivated individual with exceptional communication skills and fluency in spoken English to join our USA and UK projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing calls, chats, and emails, generating sales inquiries, and working closely with sales and project managers.
Key responsibilities include assessing customer needs, coordinating with the estimation team to provide timely quotations, and addressing customer complaints efficiently. This is a full-time position with a salary range of Rs30,00.00 to Rs40,00.00 per month.
Work hours are from 8 PM to 5 AM, with weekends off on Saturday and Sunday. The application deadline is May 7, 2025, and the expected start date is June 20, 2025.
