Job Description
We are seeking a Nutrition and Product Development Executive to lead formulation, menu planning, and R&D for healthy food products. The role involves developing nutritious recipes, performing nutritional analyses, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring compliance with food safety and labeling regulations, and managing sensory testing and product optimization.
- Lead recipe formulation and menu development for health-focused offerings
- Conduct nutritional calculations and ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage supplier coordination, sensory evaluation, and cost-effective ingredient selection
- Drive R&D initiatives and continuous product improvement
Qualifications: Degree in Nutrition, Food Science, or related field; 3+ years in product development; strong analytical skills and creative, cost-conscious approach.
