Job Description
Vibractive is currently looking for an IT Support Executive to guarantee efficient IT operations at our amusement park. This position entails providing software support, maintaining network systems, overseeing CCTV security, managing IT assets, and troubleshooting daily technical challenges. We seek a proactive professional with exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strong customer service focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide software and user support
- Manage network systems
- Oversee CCTV surveillance
- Handle data center and server room management
- Manage IT assets
- Oversee printing equipment
Qualifications:
- BCS/BSCS/MCS or Networking Certification
- 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant or amusement park setting
- Proficient knowledge of IT infrastructure
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems

Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 + Benefits
