Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, in-person Ice Cream Production Lead to manage daily manufacturing activities including mix preparation, pasteurization, homogenization, freezing, and packaging. The role ensures product taste and texture, HACCP compliance, and overall food safety while optimizing efficiency, raw material usage, waste control, and batch recordkeeping.
- Supervise staff, assign shifts, and coordinate QA, maintenance, and supply chain activities.
- Perform hands-on operation and basic troubleshooting of production machinery.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Food/Dairy Technology or Food Science preferred; minimum 5 years’ experience in ice cream or dairy production; strong leadership and quality-control skills.
- Salary: Rs80,00–Rs120,00 per month.
