Job Description
Venus Group seeks an energetic, results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and expand sales across assigned territories. You will develop and implement sales plans, manage distributor and retail networks, coach and motivate field teams, coordinate trade promotions with marketing, and monitor competitor activity to grow market share.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business or Marketing; 5+ years in FMCG/food sales with at least 2 years in management.
- Skills: strong distribution and retail knowledge, excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities; willingness to travel extensively.
