Job Description
Venus Group is currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to become a vital part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, supporting payroll operations, and overseeing HR functions utilizing HCM/CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment from job postings to onboarding processes.
- Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Leverage Flow HCM/CRM systems for efficient operations.
- Adopt and implement modern HR tools and practices.
- Support the development and enforcement of HR policies.
- Collaborate with management to address staffing needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations and payroll management.
