Job Description

Ventures, a U.S.-based brokerage, is seeking a full-time Customer Service and Booking Specialist to handle 15–20 inbound/outbound calls daily and engage company-provided warm leads. The role requires explaining services, pricing, and shipments; converting leads into confirmed bookings; and maintaining accurate records and system updates.

• Requirements: 6–12 months of customer support or call-handling experience (US/UK processes preferred), excellent English, professional phone manner, persuasive communication, basic sales/customer-service knowledge, and a positive attitude.
• Schedule: In person, 7:30 PM–4:30 AM.
