Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive with 2–4 years of experience sourcing and winning projects on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, or similar platforms. The ideal candidate will drive pipeline growth and nurture client relationships.
- Bid on relevant freelance projects and craft tailored proposals.
- Submit proposals punctually and follow up with prospective clients.
- Maintain clear client communication to build long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery meets expectations.
- Continuously research marketplace opportunities and optimize bidding strategies.
Strong English communication, independence, and a results-oriented mindset required. Full-time, in-person role. Salary: Rs100,00–Rs130,00/month.
