Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Assist customers with website navigation, order placement, and issue resolution.
• Provide accurate product information, recommendations, and troubleshooting support.
• Manage inbound sales inquiries and upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Maintain precise records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

• Previous customer support experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Aptitude for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales-driven with a passion for achieving goals.
• Familiarity with vaping products is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
