Job Description
We are in search of a dependable and organized Nanny Supervisor to manage the daily schedules, tasks, and communication for our family support team, which includes nannies and tutors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a responsible approach to childcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of nannies and tutors
- Maintain effective daily communication with the staff
- Collect and report updates from caregivers
- Ensure location tracking during off-site activities
- Review daily summary reports and uphold privacy protocols
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, strong English proficiency, knowledge of child safety, and readiness to work across time zones.
Compensation: $2.50 – $3.50 per hour. Job Type: Full-time, Contract.
