Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for critical roles. You will design and implement sourcing strategies, manage a positive candidate experience, and partner with hiring managers to define clear requirements. Using recruiting metrics and data analysis, you will drive improvements in time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
- Lead passive sourcing, employer branding, interview coaching, and onboarding coordination.
- Mentor junior recruiters and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to achieve hiring goals.
Qualifications: 5+ years of recruitment experience, proven stakeholder management, proficiency with ATS and recruiting analytics, and a proactive, candidate-first mindset.
