Job Description
Urban Communications is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Dispatcher for our night shift, from 10 PM to 10 AM. In this role, you will act as the initial point of contact for taxi bookings, ensuring exceptional service and efficient dispatching to drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally answer incoming calls and accurately take bookings.
- Provide fare estimates and general information to customers.
- Communicate with drivers and track job statuses effectively.
- Address customer inquiries and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Must have prior customer service experience.
- Exceptional communication skills are essential.
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
Pay: Rs350.00 – Rs450.00 per hour
