Job Description
Upscale Valley is on the lookout for an experienced Retention Marketing Manager with at least ten years of expertise in enhancing customer loyalty and retention across digital platforms. This full-time, senior-level position requires a strategic and data-driven leader who can effectively optimize our retention marketing initiatives.
In this role, you will oversee the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding through reactivation, ensuring maximum engagement and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our goals.
