Job Description
The Uplift Team is in search of an experienced Lead Project Manager to design, implement, and oversee HR systems that ensure our multi-project operations maintain discipline, transparency, and compliance.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various HR functions.
- Manage HR Information System (HRIS) workflows, such as Zoho People or BambooHR.
- Collaborate with project managers to align staffing strategies.
- Conduct audits of policies to ensure legal compliance.
- Maintain accurate records for headcount, payroll, and time tracking.
- Provide weekly reports on HR metrics through dashboards.
Compensation: Competitive base salary with performance bonuses.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Starting at Rs85,00.00/month.
