Job Description
UMER AND SONS is looking for a committed and professional Client Support Officer to enhance our team. Your primary responsibilities will include actively listening to client concerns, generating Job Orders in our ERP system, and collaborating with various departments to ensure prompt resolution of inquiries. You will be tasked with providing accurate information regarding our services, drafting formal email responses, and managing all incoming communications effectively.
