Job Description
UMER AND SONS is currently looking for a committed Billing Officer to join our Facility Management team. The successful candidate will oversee the billing and invoicing processes, ensuring precision and promptly addressing any discrepancies. Key responsibilities will include generating invoices, accurately entering billing data into our systems, processing client refunds, and preparing quotations based on established rates.
The ideal candidate will possess a B.Com or equivalent degree, along with a diploma in MS Office. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Facility Management is required. Proficiency in MS Excel, including skills in dashboard macros and conditional formatting, is essential.
