Job Description
Ultimate Buildmart is looking for a committed HR Executive to enhance our daily HR and administrative operations. This critical role is responsible for ensuring efficient internal processes and effective employee management. Key tasks include overseeing recruitment, managing employee relations, maintaining HR documentation, handling office administration, managing facility operations, and ensuring overall operational efficiency.
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment efforts, maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll preparation, monitoring attendance, and addressing employee inquiries.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 1-3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
