Job Description
Ultimate Buildmart is in search of a committed Human Resources Executive to enhance our HR and administrative functions. This essential position will focus on recruitment, employee relations, and office management, contributing to a streamlined workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment processes and manage employee onboarding.
- Maintain comprehensive employee records and assist with payroll processing.
- Coordinate performance evaluations and address employee inquiries.
- Manage office supplies and ensure effective facility management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR.
