Job Description
Turbo Brands Factory is seeking a talented and innovative Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram (Meta), and TikTok Ads, with a strong focus on performance and data analytics to enhance ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and refine paid advertising campaigns.
- Develop compelling ad creatives and persuasive copy.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Implement A/B testing and conduct audience segmentation.
- Report on key metrics and scale successful initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Google, Meta, or TikTok advertising.
- Strong grasp of essential marketing metrics.
- Creative thinker with a focus on testing and optimization.
- Familiarity with eCommerce or fashion is preferred.
