Job Description
True Edge Consultants is seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will provide excellent customer service in a welcoming environment. This role requires outstanding organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients warmly.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
- Schedule appointments for staff.
- Maintain a clean front desk area.
- Perform administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Female preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Prior reception experience is a plus.
