Job Description
Trivsys is actively seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Executive to enhance our domestic operations based in Bahadurabad, Karachi. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs25,00 with an additional Rs5,00 allowance and commission opportunities.
Key responsibilities for the role include managing incoming and outgoing customer calls, conducting outdoor meetings with potential clients, providing comprehensive product information, and facilitating follow-up communications.
Ideal candidates should possess exceptional communication skills in both Urdu and English, demonstrate confidence in outdoor engagements, and have a results-driven attitude. Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
