Job Description
Transworld Home Pvt. Ltd is seeking a dedicated Support Center Representative to join our Customer Experience team. In this role, you will manage Webchat and WhatsApp support, handle customer inquiries via social media platforms, and collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues efficiently. Additional responsibilities include recording complaints in our CRM system and engaging in upselling and retention efforts.
To qualify, you should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and at least two years of relevant customer service experience. A Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications is preferred.
