Job Description
Translation Empire PK is looking for a motivated Technical Recruiter Intern to strengthen our talent acquisition initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging with technical candidates who align with our company culture and objectives. This internship is ideal for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in technical recruitment.
Key Responsibilities: Support the entire recruitment lifecycle by collaborating with hiring managers, conducting initial candidate screenings, utilizing recruitment tools effectively, and contributing to the enhancement of our recruitment processes.
Requirements: A MA/BA degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; a keen interest in technical roles; and strong communication skills are essential.
Work Mode: Office-based, Shift: 10 AM – 7 PM, Location: DHA Sector F Rwp. Salary: Competitive with market standards.
