Job Description
Trans Global Services seeks a dedicated Onsite Telesales Representative for outbound international campaigns (night shift). This full-time, in-person role requires 6 months–2 years of preferred experience and strong English verbal and listening skills.
- Make outbound calls, present services clearly, build rapport, handle objections, and convert leads.
- Record call outcomes in CRM and achieve daily calling and revenue targets.
- Must be persuasive, a confident negotiator, computer literate, and comfortable with night-shift sales targets.
- Compensation: competitive base (PKR 35,00–70,00) plus commission and bonuses; includes structured training, ongoing coaching, and advancement opportunities.
