Job Description
Think Higher Consultants is looking for a dedicated Customer Relations Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in providing essential administrative support, ensuring the seamless operation of our office. Key responsibilities include managing correspondence, coordinating activities, and executing clerical tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute administrative duties such as mailing, scanning, and document copying.
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely communication.
- Prepare and file official documents using Microsoft Word.
- Assist in organizing office activities and events.
- Communicate with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of experience, strong skills in MS Office, and excellent communication abilities are required.
