Job Description
Think Higher Consultants is looking for a committed Front Desk Officer to strengthen our team. In this vital role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. Your responsibilities will include managing correspondence, coordinating activities, and assisting with various clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including mailing and filing.
- Ensure timely communication with clients.
- Prepare and manage official documents using MS Word.
- Organize office activities and events.
- Handle incoming communications with professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
- Proficient in MS Office with strong communication skills.
