Job Description
Techno Studio UK is looking for a motivated HR Assistant to play a crucial role in managing various facets of human resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process and onboarding of new hires, maintaining accurate employee records and payroll, developing and implementing effective HR policies, and addressing employee relations and grievances. Additionally, the HR Assistant will support training and development initiatives and assist with performance evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and oversee payroll processing.
- Develop and implement HR policies.
- Address employee grievances and relations.
- Support training and development initiatives.
- Assist with performance evaluations.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of preferred HR experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
