Job Description
An authorized Omoda & Jaecoo dealership in Islamabad is seeking a Warranty Service Advisor. The advisor will greet customers, prepare and manage accident repair job cards and estimates, coordinate with the workshop and insurers, and provide timely updates on repair status and delivery schedules. The role requires ensuring prompt warranty and guarantee repairs while maintaining exceptional customer service.
- 1–2 years in a similar position
- Knowledge of body repairs and insurance claim processes
- Strong communication skills; familiarity with DMS and MS Office
- Intermediate diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
