Job Description
The Skin Xperts is on the lookout for a talented Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, confirm orders, and drive sales through WhatsApp. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, an intermediate or graduate level of education, and fluency in Urdu along with mid-level English proficiency.
Responsibilities include:
- Addressing customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Confirming orders and providing timely updates to customers.
- Generating sales and effectively promoting products.
- Delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate or graduate education.
- Fluency in Urdu and mid-level proficiency in English.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of working in a high-pressure environment.
- Prior customer service experience is advantageous.
