Job Description
The Ranking Geeks is looking for a motivated HR Executive to become part of our dynamic team at our office located on Sutlej Ave, Block B1, PGECHS, Lahore. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to 80K PKR.
Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM
Walk-in Interviews: 8 PM – 10 PM
Preference: Male Candidates
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct walk-in interviews and manage recruitment drives
- Oversee the entire recruitment process
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports
- Collaborate with team leaders to address hiring needs
Required Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Minimum of 1 year of HR experience in a call center or BPO
- Proven ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is preferred
