Job Description
The-Hiring is currently in search of a highly organized and dependable Personal Assistant (Male) to support our senior management team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication abilities, a proactive mindset, and a strong commitment to confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate schedules and manage travel arrangements
- Professionally handle correspondence and phone inquiries
- Prepare reports and documents for meetings
- Assist in organizing meetings and maintaining an efficient filing system
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 1–2 years of experience. Proficiency in English and Urdu, as well as a strong command of MS Office, is essential.
Working Hours: 6 days a week (timing to be discussed)
Salary: Starting at Rs70,00.00 per month
