Job Description
The CRM Key Account Executive will be responsible for managing daily CRM operations, which include order processing, shipping coordination, inventory management, and return handling across various e-commerce platforms. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, efficient communication with customers and courier services, and consistent updates to internal reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage orders across multiple sales platforms.
- Generate and print shipping labels using courier portals.
- Track shipments and update their status as needed.
- Engage with customers regarding delivery issues.
- Submit online claims for any shipment-related problems.
