Job Description
The-Hiring is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Ticketing Officer to join our dynamic team at the bus terminal. In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for managing bookings, issuing tickets, and providing assistance to passengers with their travel-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ticket bookings, cancellations, and rebookings efficiently.
- Deliver accurate information regarding schedules and fare rates.
- Process payments and maintain comprehensive transaction records.
- Respond to passenger inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Requirements: A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs35,00.00 – Rs40,00.00/month
