Job Description
The First Sol is seeking a Business Development Lead to drive revenue growth and cultivate US and European client relationships. This full-time, onsite role requires 3–4 years of BD experience (software, web, or mobile preferred) and the ability to lead a small BD team with a startup mindset.
- Source opportunities via LinkedIn, Upwork, email, and networking.
- Develop proposals and pitches; manage CRM pipelines; negotiate and close premium deals.
- Mentor junior BDs and report weekly KPIs.

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and familiarity with Upwork and CRM tools are required.
