Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is in search of an experienced Assistant Project Manager to oversee our civil projects. This role requires on-site supervision of construction and maintenance initiatives, ensuring compliance with quality standards at every level. Key responsibilities include managing issues during construction and post-construction phases, executing work according to design and contract specifications, and effectively managing budgetary and time constraints.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in building construction. Proficiency in MS Office is required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret technical drawings are essential for success in this role.
