Job Description

Active Solutions is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to enhance our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate assessments.
• Act as a resource for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Compile and prepare HR reports and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR; 1.5–3 years of HR experience. Shift: Afternoon (12 PM – 9 PM). Location: Gulistan e Jauhar, Block 14. Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs80,00.00/month.
