Job Description
Telelinkz is in search of a skilled and driven Inbound Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will engage with incoming calls, converting inquiries into successful sales by effectively addressing customer needs and offering pertinent information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with potential customers over the phone to comprehend their needs.
- Inform customers about our comprehensive range of telecom products and services.
- Establish robust relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve or surpass established sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria: A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and availability for the shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Compensation includes a salary of Rs 120,00 plus uncapped commission.
